Stand up cocktail tables measure 30″ round in diameter and stand 42″ in height. They are great for the “cocktail hour” or for your guests to hang out during the entire event. A Kualoa Ranch Wedding

Here are some photos from a Kualoa Ranch wedding we did. It was very simple in using basic white linens, white resin chairs with some scattered sit down style cocktails on the lawn. The bride was so creative in her design concept. We installed cafe style lighting in a “cathedral” style throughout the pavilion’s ceiling. I just love how sweet everything is!

Umbrella events are popular and really fun to do! Here are a few photos of a garden party with our 13 foot beige market umbrellas. The client was going for a casual feel and thus, we used short white linens for the tables and some simple white folding chairs…..perfect for the garden theme. The umbrellas kept the guests cool and allowed for a more open atmosphere amongst guests.

Independence Day at Maunalua Bay 2011

We were so happy to be a part of this special event yet again this year! Pacific Party Rentals has had the opportunity to provide rentals for this wonderful event for the last 3 years. The day was full of food, fun and fireworks at the end of the night. The community is very tight-knit and worked very hard to make this event a memorable one. Thanks to all of the wonderful entertainers, sponsors, vendors, and the couldn’t-do-it-without-you volunteers and the community. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this special day! We carry all white hard wood dance floor panels. Each panel measures 3′X4′. We can build any size you desire. Our dance floor gets stripped, cleaned, polished and waxed on a regular basis, all in-house. We feel it’s extremely important to have a beautiful dance floor for your special event! It will look just fabulous in all your photos!

White Leather Lounge Set

Here are a few photos of our white leather lounge sets. Each set comes with a couch and ottoman. The back can be folded down to create one larger lounger. This has been super popular this year and a great trend we see continuing into the winter months!

A Lanikuhonua Wedding

This special couple’s, Gayle and Greg, wedding was coordinated by Sandra Williams of Finishing Touch. The photographer was Blue Nalu Photography and flora and decor by Yvonne of Yvonne Design and Mood. The specialty linens were provided by Les Saison. They used a Navi-Trac clear top tent with purple, fuchsia and orange accents. The theme was vibrant and full of butterflies. What a beautiful wedding it was!

A Loulu Palm Estate Wedding

We have been having lots of fun with our newlyweds! Thank you so much to all of you who have allowed us to be a part of your special day. I am posting some photos from Kim and Bart’s wedding at Loulu Palm Estate on the North Shore. Kim was an absolutely wonderful bride, incredibly sweet! The Coordination was done by Alicia Hollinger of Milestone Events Hawaii. The photography was done by Holladay Photography. All of the flowers were provided by Flower Farm. I just love everything about this wedding! Thank you Kim and Bart!
